Returns:

Items may be returned within 30 days of order. Returns made past 30 days are eligible for Exchange only. Customers returning items can expect to be refunded in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of their return. Returning items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear, unlaundered, and tags attached. Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable. Exchanges:

Customers wishing to exchange an item(s) should reorder desired item(s) via our website and separately return the item(s) for which they would like to receive credit. Select sizes could sell out in the time your return arrives; this will guarantee your exchange. Returning items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear, unlaundered, and tags attached. If you choose to send your retuning leotard as an exchange through mail, know that customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Along with returning item(s), include Credit Card information via the return/exchange form to be charged, a check for the amount of $5.00 for our flat rate shipping fee ($20.00 international), or a self addressed, pre-paid envelop in which to receive your new item(s).

Foxy’s Grab Bag Return/Exchange Policy:

Given the unique and fun surprise element of these leotard packages, we cannot provide a return. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your leotard package, you are welcome to send your grab bag leo/s back to our shop and we will happily make a new selection for you! We are unable to take requests for specific prints, but we can switch out leotards based on size, fit, or dislike of print. Returning items must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of wear, unlaundered, and tags attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Please provide a check for the amount of $5.00 for our flat rate shipping fee ($20.00 international) or a self addressed, pre-paid envelop in-which to receive your new selected leo.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are non refundable, except in the event of a packing error. The following guideline applies to orders where customers received free shipping. Customers receiving free shipping will be credited the full purchase price of all products returned less the shipping fee. If you return all or part of an order and your total no longer equals $50.00 or more, the standard shipping charge will be subtracted from the refund amount.

PACKAGING ERRORS

If you have received an incorrect item(s), please email info@foxysleos.com or call us (616-949-1847) so we may immediately begin to correct the error.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is calculated and included in the order total for orders shipped within Michigan.

International orders are exempt from United States sales tax but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country’s customs.
