Mantra are powerful positive sayings we recite over and over to help our brains reset to a more positive mode. It can be as simple as waking up each morning, looking into the mirror and saying to ourselves something like, "I am strong and beautiful" or "I am unique and a miracle". Starting the day and ending the day with positive mantras can rewire the brains to become more positive, as opposed to most of our negative autopilot brains.
Here are a few other mantras you could use:
I AM POWERFUL
JUST BREATHE, EVERYTHING IS OK
I AM ATTRACTING ALL GOOD THINGS
I AM ENOUGH
I AM GRATEFUL FOR THIS LIFE
I AM LOVE
KEEP GOING, ALL IS GOOD
Find a mantra that works for you. This mantra may change daily or weekly. Whenever you are feeling flustered or anxious throughout your day, come back to this mantra repeating it silently in your head until any negative feeling subsides. If you truly sit and recite the mantra to yourself without distractions, you should notice a significant different in your mind and body within only a couple minutes.
Mantras are a like a focused-style of meditation. What happens when you recite mantras is it distracts the mind and replaces negative thoughts with positive ones. The effect this has on the mind and body is huge for both instant and long-term affects. Try this for one week and see the difference in your life, both inside and out.
