FALLING SHOWS YOU HOW STRONG YOU REALLY ARE!!
If everything we did was always perfect then what would be the point to even try anything? We are put here on this Earth to learn and to grow, to figure things out, to be human, to make mistakes, and to get back up and try again. Many look at falling as a bad thing, but it is so important to fall, as it teaches us how to grow and to evolve.
As a competitive gymnast I bet I have fallen over a thousand times. I've split my head open multiple times, had concussions, broken both ankles at the same time, hyper-extended my knee, sprained and bled out of every ankle wrist finger and toe, and more. What I learned through each of these falls was that I could get back up and do it again. I learned that I was strong and resilient and could do anything if I set my mind to it. That's why gymnastics produces such strong individuals. As a gymnast you will fall again and again, guaranteed; no doubt about it. One of the reasons gymnasts are so strong is because they are taught to get back up and continue the fight.
Life is hard. It is full of falls….Falling is never a set-back, though. It is an opportunity to step back into your power and to analyze what you did wrong to create the fall, and what you need to do in order to improve. There are lessons in the fall, you just need to keep an open mind and an open heart to understand what it is trying to tell you.
